Every time they use a device to work, you should be able to track it in real time and associate it with that figure, identifying at a glance the critical issues that can penalize its productivity.  

Enable a centralized management

You can’t allow yourself to intervene manually on every device: for this you need centralized tools to enable them with a few clicks, distributing the necessary applications and migrating massively OS no longer supported. At the same time, you should have the opportunity to intervene locally, setting a uniform experience for all devices belonging to the same user. From the control panel, you should see that person’s tool pool make sure they meet business management requirements with standardized management, but you can also make those small changes that make the user experience outstanding.  

Proactively detect system failures

Even with centralized management, continuous monitoring requires a time-consuming process that does not allow timely resolution of problems. AI can be a valuable ally to make your management system self-heal, self-repair, self-secure. Algorithms - properly trained - can detect anomalies and trigger automated repair mechanisms. This is the case of an unbalanced allocation of resources: if the disk space is almost exhausted, the device may be slower.

Users complain about excessive security procedures or administrative privileges that are not appropriate for their figure: you should be able to set them one-to-one and if possible contextualize them to the user’s situation. If access is time-bound, a user on another continent may have problems. Geofence or custom privilege management capabilities can bypass any obstacle. With Zero Trust securityapproaches, you can have AI verify all contextual factors (user, device, network, app, threat, timing, location, OS) without requiring the user to enter credentials multiple times.
